Managing Partners

Brad Birdwell is a Managing Partner of Third Law Sourcing with over 15 years of finance and operations leadership experience. His background spans the professional services, telecommunications and consumer packaged goods industries.

Most recently, Mr. Birdwell served as the Vice President of Finance for Chiquita Brands International, Inc., responsible for financial planning & analysis, strategic planning, and management reporting for the $4.5 billion global consumer foods business.  Prior positions include Vice President of Corporate Development and Vice President of Finance, Treasurer at Deltacom, Inc. and Consulting Manager with Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Birdwell holds a BS in Accounting from Auburn University, a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Drobes is a Managing Partner of Third Law Sourcing with over 18 years of progressive experience leading Information Technology and Procurement organizations. His industry background covers information technology services, education, telecommunications, and financial services.

Mr. Drobes previously served as the Vice President of Procurement for CheckFree Corporation, where he led the organization's transition from tactical purchasing to strategic sourcing. Prior positions include Vice President of IT and CIO roles at Deltacom, Inc., the largest CLEC in the southeast, and at ExecuTrain, a global provider of training services.

Mr. Drobes holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Georgia State University, where he studied the Harvard Program on Negotiation and majored in Business Analysis.
